The International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games and UNICEF have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The public association “International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games” and the UNICEF office in the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation in promoting children's rights, cultural identity, and healthy lifestyles as part of the preparations for the VI World Nomad Games 2026.

Within the partnership, the parties will jointly implement community-oriented initiatives aimed at engaging children and young people, fostering inclusion, and strengthening intercultural dialogue. A key area of cooperation will be UNICEF's participation in the “Birimdik Kerbeni — Caravan of Unity” project, which involves setting up a “Children's Yurt” as part of the Ceremonial Celebrations of Water in all nine regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. This space will provide a safe, educational, and culturally enriching environment for children and their parents through national traditional games and creative activities. The partnership builds on the parties' previous successful experience of cooperation and reaffirms their shared commitment to supporting children's well-being, preserving cultural heritage, and strengthening social unity through sport and traditions.
