The snow leopard
A symbol of the mountains and of strength. The Games emblem on its chest, tree-ring lines along its back: memory spreading outward from the centre.

The leopard was not chosen for exoticism. The irbis lives where people have migrated for centuries — at three to four thousand metres, in the same gorges, along the same trails. It is a neighbour, not a symbol.
The mascot has two layers. First, a rounded, almost toy-like form: the character has to work for children and on merchandise. Second, the lines along its back repeating the tree-ring motif of the identity: rings spreading from a centre.
On its chest is the Games emblem. That is the one element that must never change.

Palette. White, sky #9CC9EB and blue #225EA9. The brand yellow and red are not used on the mascot.
Where it belongs. Children's and family communications, merchandise, social media, on-site wayfinding.
What not to do. No costumes, no recolouring, no poses outside the turnaround, never remove the chest emblem.
