Tender for an interactive display for the World Nomad Games Secretariat

The International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games invites suppliers to take part in a tender for the supply of an interactive display, complete with equipment and software, for the Secretariat's office.

Scope of supply

Delivery, installation and setup of a ready-to-use system built around an interactive display — for video meetings, presentations, viewing and discussing documents together, showing materials and other office tasks.

Minimum requirements:

1. Display — 65 inches, resolution of at least 3840 × 2160 (4K UHD), brightness of at least 400 cd/m², touch control with at least 50 touch points.
2. Platform — Android 14 or later, at least 8 GB of RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and support for external devices.
3. Video calls — a camera of at least 8 MP, microphones and speakers for two-way video communication; built-in or compatible external equipment is acceptable.
4. Features — video conferencing on common platforms, presentations, opening PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, screen sharing and on-screen annotation.
5. Stand — a mobile floor stand compatible with a 65-inch display, with height adjustment, a secure VESA mount and sufficient load capacity.
6. Accessories — an HDMI cable of at least 3 m, power cables, mounts, adapters, licences and any other accessories needed for full operation.
7. On-site work — delivery, assembly, mounting, connection and setup, a video call test and a demonstration of all functions.

Required documents

1. A commercial offer stating the price, delivery time and warranty.
2. Company details: taxpayer identification number (TIN) and bank details.
3. A technical specification listing the brand, model and contents of the set.

Evaluation criteria

• total cost of the set in soms, including taxes, delivery, installation and setup;
• compliance with the technical and functional requirements;
• warranty, maintenance and technical support terms.
