The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan has explained where people with disabilities can turn for advice during the VI World Nomad Games.
From 1 to 6 September, social protection specialists will be working at the event venues. They can be recognised by special vests with a logo.
Staff will help visitors find their way around the grounds, point them in the right direction, give advice and assist with movement.
For the convenience of people with disabilities, special signs leading to assistance points will also be installed on site.
For visitors using wheelchairs, special transport is provided at the Gazprom sports complex to accompany them to the venues.
