As part of the VI World Nomad Games, a series of creative workshops is being held for guests at the Kurmanjan Datka Nomadic Civilization Center, located in the village of Ornek, Issyk-Kul District.
One of the most popular activities is pottery. Under the guidance of experienced artisans, anyone interested can learn about this traditional craft, try working with clay, and make their own figurine.
Visitors can also purchase ready-made souvenirs in various shapes and colors. In addition, those interested can paint their chosen souvenir in their preferred color.
According to the artisans, the workshop area has already welcomed a large number of guests who have enthusiastically taken part in the workshops, created their own pieces, and learned about the traditions of pottery.
The workshops are held daily from morning until evening and are open to everyone. The workshop area will remain open through September 6.
